Azafady is a UK charity running humanitarian, conservation and sustainable livelihoods projects in south east Madagascar, one of the poorest regions in the world. Founded in 1994, the charity has extensive experience in working in partnership with local communities and other local NGOs to increase people standards of living and protect the country's unique environment. The team in Madagascar consists of around 60 people and is well established in the region, while its sister branch Azafady UK organizes fundraising, promotional and educational programs from its London office.
