What are the system requirements for the download service? | |
| You'll need to be using Microsoft Windows with Windows Explorer and Media Player 9 or higher. You'll also need a Broadband connection, ideally without Download limits, of around 4MB for progressive viewing... this being an average speed. Please note if the picture pauses and starts to re-buffer it may be because of a drop out in your connection. If you want to know your true connection and not just the one your supposed to have, then just type in 'ADSL test' into your search engine and choose a source... it's free and will alert you to any issues you may have with your connection. | ||

Do I have to wait for the film to download before watching it? | |
| All our films are progressive downloads which means you can start watching them straight away, or you can choose to download for later viewing. | ||

What quality are the downloads? | |
| We encode films at the highest quality you're likely to see on the net - 2mb per second, which is why you'll need at least a 2mb Broadband connection. | ||

Can I download a film to a portable device? | |
| You can download a film to any device that supports Microsoft DRM such as higher-end models from Archos, Creative and i-River. | ||

Can I watch a downloaded film on my TV? | |
| Yes, if you use a lead to either connect your PC to the TV as a monitor or as an auxillary connection. Alternatively you can purchase one of the new Network Adapters like the Netgear Digital Entertainer EVA700 which works wirelessly and enables you to use your TV as a viewing/listening monitor with minimum fuss! | ||

| All our films come from our own Rental shops and are of guaranteed quality. Should you have a problem with any film we shall either replace it or refund the cost. | ||
